Oded Baskind

Oded Baskind is the Chief Financial Officer at Teramind, where he leads the company’s global financial strategy, driving scalable growth, operational excellence, and partnering with the executive team on key strategic decisions. Oded brings over 15 years of experience in high-growth SaaS and technology companies, with a strong track record of scaling organizations through complex financial and operational milestones. He has led multiple acquisitions, capital raising, and debt financing initiatives, partnering closely with global banks, investors, and public market stakeholders. His experience spans building and leading global finance organizations, driving system and process transformations, and executing cross-border integrations across Europe, the US, and APAC.

As a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, Oded focuses on aligning financial strategy with long-term value creation, supporting data-driven decision-making, and preparing organizations for major inflection points, including rapid scale, strategic transactions, and capital markets readiness.

Outside of work, Oded enjoys traveling, playing sports, and spending time with his family, as well as unwinding with a good PS5 session.
