Hilary Flanagan drives Business Operations at Teramind as the departmental Vice President. A strategist by nature, Hilary designs systems to support successful daily business operations at Teramind. She brings with her 16 years of experience overseeing teams, managing platforms, creating workflows, and enabling seamless operations. With a foundation in communications and marketing, she has the unique ability to help teams achieve ambitious corporate goals one functional step at a time. Hilary’s collaborative leadership style finds her providing value in nearly every aspect of the business – including oversight for the Marketing Department, Human Resources, Billing, and Operations.

When Hilary is not knee-deep in the throes of her first professional love (creating order from chaos), you can find her on the softball diamond in one of her fiercely competitive leagues, playing with her one-year-old pitbull mix, Penny, or keeping busy in her gardens just south of Boston, MA.
