Bryan Gibson

Bryan Gibson serves as the Vice President of Client Experience for Teramind. He has been supporting client success for over 11 years as an expert in creating efficient enablement and support systems. A relationship-first leader, Bryan ensures all Teramind clients have ongoing white glove support from their Client Success Managers, as well as a growing cache of Knowledge Base articles and Teramind Academy educational videos. He is responsible for supporting step-by-step implementations, integrations, and consistent success of every client.

Bryan earned his BS in Hospitality Management from Virginia Tech University.

Personal Life:

Bryan loves to travel with his wife, Kristen, getting to know people from all walks of life. Together, they embrace diverse cultural experiences, foods, and fresh perspectives as partners in crime. Also, he’s quite funny, but don’t tell him we told you that.
